The color of this model is red corsa metallic, using the color showed during the Geneve Exhibition 2015.
This is a beautiful color that can be appreciated only under the sun light. There are some special metallic effects inside the color. This special color is been provided to BBR directly from the Ferrari SPA. unfortunately from pictures, this effect cannot be noted.
Each single model is Painted manually one by one and checked. To replicate the engine, BBR has used a special red mixed with alluminium particells.
BBR has replicated also the the oil tubes inside the engine. Model is sold on a black base and packated with display casea collectible piece made of more then 390 pieces

1/12 Scale BBR Ferrari 488 Spider Matt Black BBR1206MB
The Ferrari 488 Spider is the most powerful mid-engined convertible that the company has yet made. Its turbocharged V8 engine delivers 660bhp at 8000rpm.
The Spider uses a similar folding hard-top to that of its predecessor, the 458 Spider. Ferrari says the hard-top is 25kg lighter than a cloth roof and takes just 14 seconds to fold up or down. When folded down, the roof lies flat on top of the engine.
This 1:12 scale model is produced in very limited edition worldwide. We have replicated even the smallest details.
The packaging is made with pure black plexiglass base and plexiglass handmade display case. Called the LaFerrari Aperta, and powered by the same 950-hp hybrid powertrain, it will be the fastest open-top road car ever produced by Maranello,
capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in under 3 seconds, and reaching a top speed of more than 220 mph (354 km/h).
The Aperta’s naturally aspirated 6.3-liter V-12 engine delivers 789 hp, and is augmented by a 161-hp electric motor that uses F1 energy recovery and deployment strategies.
