How do I purchase an item?
Find the items that you need and ensure that the size, color, model, and other parameters of the item match your needs. You can find the detailed descriptions of the items on the Item Description page;
Sometimes, coupons are offered by Imodelcar or other sellers. Please look out for them on the Item Description page;
Click on Shopping Cart. and click Check Out to enter the payment page. You can also add the item to your Shopping Cart and continue searching for other items.
How can I cancel an order?
If you have already made payment, but the item has not yet been shipped, perform the following steps:
Go to My Order – Awaiting Shipping and locate the order of the item you wish to cancel;
Click on Cancel Order and click OK to cancel your order.
Note: Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you have a special case, please contact the seller for cancellation and if the seller agrees, you can cancel the order.
How do I use my coupon?
If you have a coupon code, you will be able to use it on Shopping Cart your order. Once you have entered your coupon code, click ‘Check out’ to validate that the code you have entered is correct. The coupon discount amount should be applied to your order once validated in our system. Please note that you may only use one coupon per order.
What should I do if the seller doesn't ship my item on time?
If the seller doesn’t ship your item on time, you can cancel the order. You can also contact the seller to determine the exact shipping time. If you deem the shipping time acceptable, the order will remain effective. If you deem the shipping time unacceptable, you can cancel the order.

The item I received doesn't match the description.
Please submit the service form within 7 days of receiving the package and attach clear pictures of the item, the outer packaging (all sides), and the shipping label.
